Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and dictionaries. The role is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing campaign workflows and platform capabilities, as well as managing production support activities, deployments, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Integrate data from CRM, web, mobile, and offline sources into AEP.
  • Facilitate audience activation through AJO, Adobe Target, SFMC, and AWS S.
  • Support analytics via Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Develop data pipelines using Adobe WebSDK, Mobile SDK, and Kafka APIs.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) product family, including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
