JOB DESCRIPTION :
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competencies)
- SQL server or equivalent, HTML5, CSS, Java Script.
- Email designing and cross channel marketing solution expert
- Good knowledge of segmentation and personalization
- Conversational marketing campaign exposure
- Exposure to Integration of Adobe Experience Cloud Products and other up-stream/downstream production with AEP/AJO
- Good knowledge of Application Programming Interface like POSTMAN
- Basic knowledge of JSON/XML
- Preferable with Hands on Experience in other campaigning tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, SFMC, UNICA, etc.
- Experience in other Adobe products like Target, Analytics, AEM.
- AJO and AEP Certification (Preferred)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Platform/environment setup and IP/domain reputation.
- Understand the database structure and create/extend a profile table and customer table or import the table from external world.
- Technically able to understand and create complex processes/workflow for both event driven as well as audience-based campaigns
- Designing cross channel, recurring, nurture campaigns as per the client need
- Able to create cross channel integration (email, SMS, Push notifications, social etc...)
- Installations and configurations design in AJO with JAVASCRIPT and API integrations (SOAP).
- Designing subscription/un-subscription/survey web page
- Implementation of event driven program
- Configuration and development of complex reports as per the client need
