Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) professional to design, build, and optimize customer journeys across channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AJO, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and campaign orchestration, enabling personalized and data-driven customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Build and manage email and SMS within AJO
- Create and manage real-time and batch journeys leveraging events, segments, and profiles
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion, schemas, datasets, and identities
- Configure decisioning, offers, and personalization logic
