Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support via voice calls for Adobe-related products, services, or accounts.
  • Assist international customers with troubleshooting, product usage, account management, and general queries pertaining to the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the designated system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient support.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Background & Skills:

  • Any Graduate degree (with or without prior experience).
