Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support via voice calls for Adobe-related products, services, or accounts.
- Assist international customers with troubleshooting, product usage, account management, and general queries pertaining to the Adobe ecosystem.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the designated system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient support.
- Adhere to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Background & Skills:
- Any Graduate degree (with or without prior experience).
