We are currently searching for a Senior Adobe Experience Cloud Project Manager:
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including web, digital experience, and analytics implementations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met.
- Act as the primary client-facing project manager, working closely with senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs.
- Coordinate cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including technical, creative, and business stakeholders.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, providing effective problem resolution and escalation when needed.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiation across internal teams and client organizations.
- Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Manage projects in agile and hybrid delivery environments, adapting to ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Support long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Travel up to 60%, as required by client engagements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise digital or web-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong consulting and client-facing project management experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-traffic web or mobile platform launches.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading virtual and multicultural teams.
- Solid understanding of custom software development lifecycles and engagement methodologies.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Desired
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Workfront.
- Practical experience managing Agile delivery projects.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
