Translate performance data into clear, high-conviction creative briefs
Study competitors and reference brands obsessively to identify winning patterns
Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, formats, and platform shifts
A repeatable system for creative performance — not one-off wins
3+ years in performance creative or paid media for DTC / e-commerce
