Job Description

We are looking for a

performance-driven Ads Manager

to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

lead generation, audience targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking , with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage

Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
Create campaign structures aligned with business objectives (Leads, Traffic, Conversions)
Conduct audience research , create custom & lookalike audiences
Optimize ads to improve

CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality
Perform A/B testing

on creatives, copies, audiences, and placements
Monitor daily ad spend and scale winning campaigns
Set up and manage

Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager
Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives
