Hiring for Ads Sales Specialist at Hyderabad, Salary upto 7.5lpa Work Location: Hyderabad (Only Kolkata candidates ready to relocate can apply) Interview Location: In-person, Kolkata Nov 2025 Shift: Rotational (AMER/EMEA/APAC) Day & Night Work Mode: Office, 5 days/week (Weekends Off) About the Role We are looking for a proactive Ads Sales Specialist to drive digital advertising revenue through client outreach, relationship building, and tailored ad solutions. The role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of Ads platforms, and the ability to work across global time zones. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, digital outreach) to promote Ads services. Identify opportunities, create targeted sales strategies, and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Build strong client relationships with consistent communication. Guide clients on Ads campaign optimization for better ROI. Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records. Use AI-driven tools for lead generation and sales productivity. Requirements Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing preferred). 1+ years in outbound salesdigital ads or digital solutions preferred. Proven track record of hitting sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Valid Ads certification (Google/Meta or similar).
