Ads Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Ads Specialist VA to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms , with a strong understanding of targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Setup

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Ad Management & Optimization

Monitor ad performance daily and make data‑driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize results.
