**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring prior preparations, tools and equipment are ready for production to start on time and, where it is not, taking ownership of finding workaround solutions prior to manufacture.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects from a Manufacturing Readiness perspective.
- The ability to create and analyze mechanical designs of tooling and technologies, using calculations, finite analysis methods and CAD/Soildworks (including preparations of technical drawings and Bills of Materials where required).
- Interacting with Manufacturing Engineers, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in Engineering design reviews and supplier tooling design discussions to ensure their needs are met for problem-free builds.
