Job Responsibilities:
- Be the Voice of Quality
- Program Management (APQP)
- DFMEA/PFMEA, PCP, PFD
- Lead, create and submit the PPAP
- Ensure the Company processes, standards and program specific requirements are implemented and followed.
- Obtain/cascade customer specific requirements for program and convert them into deliverables for the project team.
- 100% ownership of driving APQP 8D’s as they arise
- Understand Systemic failure Lessons learned, from read across, and Warranty data.
- Champion the culture of Continuous improvement throughout the APQP
- Monitor program KPI’s with program team and initiate actions if necessary
- Lead audits on local programs and develop corrective actions for the teams (Pre/post gate reviews, Launch audits, VDA, WeAR)
- Escalate program Quality Risks into the appropriate organization
- Ensure the discipline in the program team that ALL program deliverables of the PDP/APQP are availa...
