Job Description
**Objective**:
Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and tools during pre-production to prevent process and product risks, ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in machining processes.
- Experience with quality systems: ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO/IEC 17025.
- Knowledge of global quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Experience with measuring equipment, fixtures, and metallography interpretation.
- Knowledge of special processes (CQI-9/11/15).
- Proficiency in SAP transactions related to Quality.
- Understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
