We are seeking a skilled facilities manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

About the Role:

• Coordinate installations, refurbishments and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with health, safety and external audit standards.
• Schedule inspections to identify repair or renovation needs for building structures.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all installations including electrical works
- Coordinate repairs of equipment defects;
  - Manage facility supplies ensuring timely delivery
  - Maintain up-to-date financial records perform analysis forecasts on ongoing projects.
