The post holder will be a key member of the colorectal team and as an autonomous practitioner, they will be responsible fordeveloping and leading a comprehensive service for managing patients who are referred into the colorectal service on a two-week rule pathway. They will be essential in implementing a triage/straight to test model. They will act as an expert resource and senior clinical lead advising own and other specialist services across the region.
