Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Frailty Team at the West Midlands Regional Hub Office based at HMP Oakwood Visitors Centre. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care across three sites: HMP Oakwood, HMP Featherstone and HMP Brinsford. The ideal candidate will have experience and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with long‑term conditions, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a person‑centred approach. They will be able to understand and respond to a range of physical, mental or chronic health needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• 8am – 4pm

Salary

This is a full‑time position. You will receive an annual salary between £59,677 and £66,791 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
