Job Description
As an Advanced Cyber Security Architect/Engineer here at Honeywell, you will show demonstrable skills in the design and implementation of cloud, container and infrastructure security. You will be hands-on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats and acting as the subject matter expert for technical challenges. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying informed about emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Security Leader/Architect to drive cybersecurity strategy and solutions for cloud, containers and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems. Implement dashboards to provide insight into security risks and drive risk reduction activities. Write scripts in python to integrate tooling and data which runs in cloud YOU MUST HAVE
4+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers or container orchestration platforms Bachelor’s Degree Ability to code in python, javascripts, etc. and work with databases WE VALUE
Experience with programming and/or automation Understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle and secure networking design and principles Experience and understanding of Container/Kubernetes security and controls Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders Passion for achieving results and continual self-improvement Willing to work from office 4 days a week and closely collaborate with cross-functional teams Good to have certifications demonstrating practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or any security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, etc.
