Job Description

In this role, you will impact the organization by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support workforce planning. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and patterns that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.



**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Design, develop and deploy OTBI reports and dashboards

+ Conduct Voice of Customer surveys to serve as guidance for reporting and improve utilization/adoption rates

+ Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance

+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR to align people data with business outcomes

+ Stay current on HR analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the function
