Job Description

As a Advanced Data Scientist at Honeywell Technology solutions in the life sciences domain, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data and cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to drive insights, develop innovative models, and accelerate digital transformation. You will architect and deliver end-to-end data and model pipelines, with a special emphasis on deploying Generative AI solutions for smart and sustainable buildings. Your expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ML Ops will be crucial for optimizing and scaling these advanced models. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement sophisticated data science models with a particular emphasis on Generative AI (GenAI), Computer vision, covering applications in text, image, and data synthesis for system development.
  • Build comprehensive, end-to-end data and model pipelines, maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient GenAI model deployment.
  • Employ cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure to utilize scalable computing resources for Generative AI workloads.
  • Having experience of productionizing the AI/ML/GenAI based solution on Prem and on cloud. 
  • Optimize and deploy machine learning and GenAI models in accordance with established ML Ops best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate proactively with product managers and business leaders to ensure GenAI efforts are aligned with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the data science development lifecycle, encompassing project planning, resource management, and progress tracking, with a focus on GenAI initiatives.
  • Mentor and support data scientists in Generative AI methodologies, promoting innovation and technical excellence within the team.

    • You Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Artificial intelligence, Data science ,computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a closely related field is required.
  • Preferably, with master's degree or PhD in data science or advanced artificial intelligence is considered an asset.
  • 6+ years of experience building solutions using ML, DL, OCR/CV, GenAI based models.
  • Strong E2E hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models/Computer Vision models/GenAI models
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks, especially for GenAI model deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex GenAI concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports.
  • Experience gathering requirements, independently proposing GenAI solutions, and implementing them.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience of Lifesciences domain is good to have
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure
