Deskside Support Technician


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS environments. This includes diagnosing software and hardware issues, managing asset inventory, and ensuring VIP users receive exceptional service.


  • A strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.

  • Prior experience in IT support is an asset.
