• We are looking for an experienced professional to collaborate closely with Microsoft and HCL teams during the design and configuration phase, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and proper documentation of backlog items.

Job Description:

In this key position, you will be responsible for owning backlog items post-Microsoft exit, ensuring product readiness and platform continuity. You will also develop and enhance integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and the broader AWS ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• You must have strong experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service/CCaaS solutions.
• A solid understanding of API design integration best practices is required.
