In this key position, you will be responsible for owning backlog items post-Microsoft exit, ensuring product readiness and platform continuity. You will also develop and enhance integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and the broader AWS ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You must have strong experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service/CCaaS solutions.
