I am looking for a highly skilled Excel expert to build a structured and professional Project Control Dashboard for internal use.
This is NOT a simple Gantt chart. I need a clean, scalable, and logically structured system designed for a Project Engineer representing the Proponent side of a project.
The dashboard must support project monitoring across multiple zones and include milestone tracking, communication management, and sponsor action tracking.
Project Overview
The project is divided into 5 Zones.
Each Zone contains similar milestones (initially around 6 per zone, expandable later).
The system must include the following modules:
1) Milestone & Zone Control
- 5 Zones with configurable milestone template
- Weight-based progress calculation
- Overall Construction %
- Overall Procurement %
- RAG status (On Track / At Risk / Delayed)
- Basic forecast delivery date logic (advisory level)
