Advanced Excel Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong Excel skills to join our team as an Advanced Excel Executive. You’ll be responsible for managing data, creating insightful reports, and supporting our team through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Excel Data Management:
   

   • Maintain and update large Excel databases.
     
   • Ensure data accuracy through effective data cleaning and validation techniques.
     

2. Reporting and Analysis:
   

   • Create and manage advanced Excel reports using pivot tables, pivot charts, and dashboards.
     
   • Utilize advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR) to analyze data effectively.
     

3. Data Visualization:
   

   • Present complex data visually using advanced Excel charts and graphs.
     
   • Implement conditional formatting techniques to highlight key data insights.
     

4. Financial and Statistical Analysis:
   

   • Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis using Excel.
     
   • Conduct variance and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
     

5. Documentation & Data Security:
   

   • Protect and maintain data confidentiality through appropriate Excel security practices.
     
   • Regularly document and update data processing procedures and methodologies.
     

6. Collaboration & Communication:
   

   • Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, HR) to understand reporting needs.
     
   • Clearly communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
     

Requirements

Job Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Strong knowledge of  Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
  
• Proficiency with  Advanced Excel Formulas   (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR, nested functions)
  
• Experience with  Data Visualization   and  Conditional Formatting
  
• Ability to perform  Data Cleaning & Validation
  
• Understanding of basic  Financial Modeling & Statistical Analysis
  
• Familiarity with  What-If Analysis   tools (Goal Seek, Scenario Manager)
  
• Solid  communication   and  problem-solving   skills
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
