We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong Excel skills to join our team as an Advanced Excel Executive. Key Responsibilities: Excel Data Management: Maintain and update large Excel databases. Ensure data accuracy through effective data cleaning and validation techniques. Reporting and Analysis: Create and manage advanced Excel reports using pivot tables, pivot charts, and dashboards. Utilize advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR) to analyze data effectively. Data Visualization: Present complex data visually using advanced Excel charts and graphs. Implement conditional formatting techniques to highlight key data insights. Financial and Statistical Analysis: Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis using Excel. Conduct variance and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making. Documentation & Data Security: Protect and maintain data confidentiality through appropriate Excel security practices. Regularly document and update data processing procedures and methodologies. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, HR) to understand reporting needs. Clearly communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
