Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Excel modeler with a strong background in forecasting and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) planning, specifically within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will develop sophisticated Excel models to assist in predicting staffing needs, optimizing resource allocation, and forecasting hotel revenues tied directly to FTE and operational demand drivers.
The work will span all core hotel departments, including Rooms (Front Office and Housekeeping), Food & Beverage, Banquets & Events, Engineering & Maintenance, Spa/Resort Services (if applicable), and Administrative/Support functions. Models must link operational drivers such as occupancy, ADR, covers, events, and seasonality directly to labor requirements and productivity assumptions.
