Job Title: F&B Operations Specialist

The role of the F&B Operations Specialist is to provide high-level administrative and operational support for day-to-day food and beverage operations.

Job Description

• To advise the Director or Assistant Director of guest comments or complaints and initiate a response.
• To provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Department.
• Host and assist guests when required in operations. Maintain open communication with other departments throughout the property to handle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• To address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, timely manner following company policies procedures Marriott standards.
