Position Overview

Powertech’s Technology Development Team is seeking an Advanced Fluid Simulation Engineer-I to support the development of advanced propulsion systems for military applications. This role focuses on high-fidelity numerical simulation of combustion aerodynamics and turbomachinery, spanning low-speed to high-speed flow regimes. The position supports early-stage technology development (TRL 1–7), from fundamental research through subsystem and prototype demonstration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in steady and unsteady CFD, Large Eddy Simulation (LES), and multiphysics analysis, contributing to the design and optimization of next-generation propulsion components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced CFD simulations for combustion aerodynamics and turbomachinery across low-speed and high-speed regimes
