+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
**Technical Knowledge**
+ Design and development of advanced manufacturing processes for new products or improvements to existing ones.
+ Analysis and optimization of workflows, plant layouts, and workstations.
+ Selection and installation of machinery and equipment.
+ Preparation of technical documentation: work instructions, process sheets, FMEA, control plans.
+ Application of problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D.
+ Development of fixtures and tooling for new product manufacturing using CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD).
+ Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
+ Strategic planning to ensure KPI achievement.
+ Advanced English proficiency.
