Advanced Mech Design Engr

Coordinate advanced design activities for ISC Engineering on multiple aerospace mechanical products. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating design solutions for improvement of current products quality, OTTR and Past Due, including establishing drawing release milestones, tooling design, managing project scope and budget, communicating resource needs, evaluating alternate manufacturing methods and coordinating supplier engagement, among others. You must ensure designs meet customer requirements and high-quality standards. You will act as a mentor for less experienced engineers within the organization. You will ensure designs comply with existing command media (e.g. DRM, DSH, CGPs) and industry standards. You will also lead continuous improvement efforts including knowledge capture, design standards, tools, and process improvements. Some travel required.
