Job Description
Pioneers Integrated Partnership PCN are looking for a part time ANP to work at Tower Hill Partnership Medical Practice.
The hours available are 21 per week, ideally working 7 hours per day on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
The role provides daily access to face to face appointments for patients that have been assessed via online triage as in need of being seen in person.
The role is available on a fixed term basis at present for 18 months, however, it is hoped to be able to extend the role dependent on future PCN funding.
Main duties of the job
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for face to faceconsultations and attending to patients who wish to be seen by a Healthcare Professionalvia an online patient triage service through the Practice website. The role includes diagnosing and treatingpatients presenting with minor illness and seeing and advising people inrespect of their continuing medical and nursing needs.
