This is a new and exciting fixed-term role offering unique opportunities for an experienced advanced nurse practitioner, to support the development, implementation and establishment of a pilot service to test a new neurodiversity (ND) service model for children and young people (CYP) across several South East London (SEL) boroughs. This is initially a 15-month pilot, with the potential to extend to 18mths.

The aim is to test a new multi-borough ND support and assessment model, facilitating a reduction in the longest waits for ADHD and ASD assessment across SEL. The Hub will:

• offer a single point of access and a dual diagnostic pathway (where required) for assessment
• pilot the use of an ND insight profiling tool to inform assessment and identify support needs
