Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Stevenage Healthcare are seeking a skilled advanced nurse practitioner (with independent prescriber qualification), to join our supportive team and deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centred care for 2-3 days per week.

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of minor illnesses across primary and urgent care settings. Your ability to prescribe independently will enable you to provide efficient and effective treatment, reducing waiting times and improving patient outcomes. The role will also be involved in proactive case management and long-term condition support for patients in a variety of settings.
