Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Manor Farm Medical Centre is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner on a permanent basis for 3 - 4 days, Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who is able to support the wider clinical team, triage and prioritise the needs of our patients. Thepost holder will commit to demonstrating critical thinking in the safe clinicaldecision-making process. They will communicate and work collaboratively withthe general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting thedelivery of policy and procedures.

Main duties of the job

You will need to be a degree qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical skills and expertise in order to work autonomously to help provide ongoing clinical care and manage acute demand.
