Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant’s specifications using MS Office applications.
  •  Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant’s meet the standards on quality as per the committed time.
  • Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free.
  • Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
  • Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
  • Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits.
  • Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management.
  • Continue to develop speed, accuracy and production skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
  • Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues, supervisors, managers, and clients.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction.
