Responsibilities and Duties:
Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant’s specifications using MS Office applications. Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant’s meet the standards on quality as per the committed time. Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free. Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP. Understand, use and contribute best practices for production. Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits. Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management. Continue to develop speed, accuracy and production skills. Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
