Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applicationsResolve and fix production incidents involving site availability, service disruptions.Complete user requests including user access requests, system config changes, reports, etc
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthImprove reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutionsAnalyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.Log all service request and incident detailsRespond to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management processPrioritize incidents according to their urgency and influence on the businessAutomate the Service requests that happen frequently thus improving business and operational efficiency.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification or professional experience.5+ years of Azure Cloud infrastructure experience in a mission-critical environmentProficiency in SQL for querying and data analysisHandsons experience with API testing tool such as PostmanExperience working with relation and non-relation databased, including PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB,SQL DB/Postgres DB5+ Experience with production infrastructure as an SRE (DevOps engineer or production engineer)Other Desired Skills:
Self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and driveSystematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language.Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems.
