The Swim Team Readiness Coaching position is responsible for easing the transition for swimmers coming from our program, looking to join a swim team, as efficiently as possible.
We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves teaching and being around water. We offer paid training and this is a part-time position that requires evening and weekend shifts.
