Sustaining Engineer Job Description

This is a key position in our organization, requiring exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills. The Sustaining Engineer will be responsible for conducting advanced engineering activities of medium to large scope or degree of difficulty.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of common engineering tools and processes such as geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis (GD&T), tolerance stack-up analysis, and simulations utilizing Finite Element Analysis software tools like ANSYS FEA or SolidWorks Simulation.
