Job Description
The CCL Technical Manager leads the technical development and the industrialization of High performance vehicles.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead the Technical Design Team through the Sourcing ProcessCreate management and communication processes to ensure Sourcing and Tool Kick Off achieve milestonesManage all Technical content and Optimization of complexityResponsible for delivering commonality commitments at the program levelLead the Technical Integration of features with the cross functional teams; including PFDI, vehicle Sciences (NVH and Durability)- confirming functional objectives are met within the contracted allowanceFacilitate technical escalation of part design with other projects, modules, vehicle platforms and advanced engineeringLead the technical decision process including facilitation of meeting forums and cadence (decision meeting and CN/IAA meeting)
