Advanced Test Engineer

Job Description
An aerospace company is seeking an Advanced Test Engineer to join the team to support military engine testing at EAFB. The Engineer is responsible for the readiness, setup, execution, and technical leadership of commercial and military Development Engine Test campaigns. Acting as the Test Director, this role oversees full engine test operations, from engine receipt and teardown through rebuild, instrumentation, test execution, and data review. This position is hands-on and technically deep, requiring a strong understanding of engine operation, diagnostics, and test environments. The role works closely with engine mechanics, data systems teams, evaluation engineering, systems engineering, and military personnel to ensure tests are executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with military and customer requirements.
