George Fox University's Advancement department is seeking a quick learner with outstanding organizational skills who is driven to meet deadlines and create a positive user experience for those using their platform to serve as their Database Administrator.


About the Job:

The Advancement Database Administrator will have a vital role in the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce database. Working closely with the University Advancement's Investment and Engagement teams, the Database Administrator will help continually enhance and improve the platform. They will identify, test, and deploy new business processes and best-practice solutions working in a collaborative environment.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting CRM Analytics and Process Development (40%)
  • Salesforce Training (10%)
