The Role

As a Technical Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of outdoor and experiential learning programmes. You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports adventure-based activities, expeditions, and camps, contributing to impactful learning experiences for participants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering first aid and safety support across height, water, and expeditionary activities in line with Training Safety Policy (TSP) and other safety protocols.
• Assisting in the setup, facilitation, and teardown of ALC/XLC programmes and activities.
• Responding promptly to incidents, including executing height rescue and evacuation procedures during and after programmes.
