We’re looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our DACH Growth team in Berlin or London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, prospecting and closing deals, and driving significant revenue growth in the DACH market. You’ll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Native or professional fluency in German and EnglishStrong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leadsA proven track record in B2B sales and / or performance marketingStrong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsSelf-starter with strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesIndependence and motivation to manage a full sales cycleAbility to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentActive listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversationsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals Bonus points if you have:
Experience in ad tech, social media marketing or general performance advertisingUnderstanding of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.Vertical-specific experience (e.g., ecom / Shopify)Creative pitching and storytelling (Canva)Multilingual communication skills How you’ll make an impact:

Driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising dealsManaging the full sales cycle – from prospecting to activationGenerating a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities Building long-term relationships with key players in the DACH digital advertising marketActing as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insightsParticipating in key industry events and conferences Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Product, and Support
