Job Description

Responsibilities:



Support advertisers by improving ad performance and ROI



Conduct scheduled calls to install and optimize advertising solutions



Perform basic HTML/JavaScript installs and troubleshooting



Provide pre- and post-installation support



Become a product expert in social media advertising tools



Qualifications:



Open to college graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience



At least 1 year BPO Sales (Advertising, Upselling, Inbound/Outbound) or BPO Marketing



Familiar with social media and online advertising platforms



Technical or digital background is a plus
