About the role

The Advisory and Licensing Service is the frontline contact point for WorkSafe Victoria. The key function is to provide expert consultative advice and guidance to the Victorian Community on a wide range of WorkCover, Premium, Licencing and OH&S related issues. This assistance is delivered across various channels including phone, email and digital platforms.

The opening hours for the Advisory and Licensing Service are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of the Victorian Community. The opening hours are between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday for our phone lines and the role will be working on a rotating roster from 7:45 am - 5:36 pm.
