Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Technology, you will play a central role in supporting the VIP HRIS and its integrated time‑management subsystems. You will oversee system enhancements, change‑management strategies, training plans, and related documentation. Your expertise will guide risk assessments, prioritization, and decision‑making on system changes. You will also act as the key resource for the HRIS‑payroll system and support knowledge transfer to sustain team expertise.
