Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Advisor, Human Capital provides guidance, direction and leadership on a variety of human capital initiatives, programs and projects. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the Human Capital department and plays a key role in nurturing the hotel’s performance driven culture and achieving business objectives.

The salary range for this role is $57,509.43 - $74,046.47. The actual salary offered will be determined based on several factors, including job related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, education, training. We reserve the upper end of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance.
