Overview

  • Customer service role Cantonese Speaker.
  • Channels - email, inbound calls, outbound calls (when needed), live chat. It’s multimodality setup, so one must handle all the 3 channels.
  • 7 days operation - week-offs are on rotational basis.
  • As its 365 days operations, so CNY leaves are subject to approval. 2026 CNY leaves cannot be granted as they already planned for existing members.

Training and Go Live

  • 2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting and then Go Live. Need to pass assessment to Go-Live.
