Job Description
Dalhousie University’s People and Culture team strives to ensure Dalhousie’s human resource goals and core values are aligned and fully embedded across the institution so that all members of the university community feel included, motivated, and supported to excel in their careers and in advancing the mission of the university. Reporting to the Manager, Job Design, the Advisor will provide human resources services to University departments, with a focus on job design and administration of the University’s job classification methodologies. The role will be consultative to administrators, department heads, employees, and other People and Culture staff on a number of issues related to job design, collective agreement/policy administration and other human resource matters.
