About the role

As our Organisational Development Advisor, you will be the driving force behind initiatives that foster belonging, equity, and engagement across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with leaders and People Representatives across organisation on the development and delivery of activities to promote workforce diversity and employee experience.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to drive Macmahon’s diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of Macmahon’s First Nations employment pathway.
  • Support the establishment, maintenance and ongoing sustainability of employee resource groups (ERG).
  • Lead the delivery of Company's Engagement and Pulse Check surveys.
  • Leads the data collection of Macmahon’s internal and external reporting requirements.
