Efficiently handle People HR services outside the system, administer onboarding, schedule work schedules, manage benefits and Q/A, oversee service awards, and implement employment law posters.

- Run any People HR service that is not within the system
- Administer onboarding
- Schedule work schedules
- Administer benefits and provide Q,A
- Administer service awards
- Implement employment law posters
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- A degree in business administration, information technology, human resources or related field.
- SuccessFactors system and general functionalityGeneral HR operations and practices
- Advanced proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.
