Efficiently handle People HR services outside the system, administer onboarding, schedule work schedules, manage benefits and Q/A, oversee service awards, and implement employment law posters.

  • Run any People HR service that is not within the system
  • Administer onboarding
  • Schedule work schedules
  • Administer benefits and provide Q,A
  • Administer service awards
  • Implement employment law posters

Prerequisites for your success in this role

  • A degree in business administration, information technology, human resources or related field.
  • SuccessFactors system and general functionalityGeneral HR operations and practices
  • Advanced proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.
