Run any People HR service that is not within the system
Administer onboarding
Schedule work schedules
Administer benefits and provide Q,A
Administer service awards
Implement employment law posters
Prerequisites for your success in this role
A degree in business administration, information technology, human resources or related field.
SuccessFactors system and general functionalityGeneral HR operations and practices
Advanced proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.
Advanced in-service delivery ticket management.
Foundational in addressing customer complaints and escalations.
Communication skills
Administrative expertise
